 Disney’s Hollywood Studios embraces the glamour of old-Hollywood and the excitement of Hollywood today! From the moment you step foot on the park property, you will feel as if you have been whisked away to a live soundstage backdrop in the middle of Hollywood. Disney’s Hollywood Studios is made up of masses of streets and buildings that blend in to each other, giving you the feel of a real motion picture studio in Hollywood. The buildings have been built to reflect the architecture used in Hollywood of today and yesterday. With five main areas to explore in the park, there really is something for everyone in your party.
Along Hollywood Boulevard you can explore the beautiful authentic Hollywood architecture and all of the stops along the way. Sing and dance along with your favorite Pixar characters in “Pixar’s Block Party Bash.” Ride movie classics such as The Wizard of OZ and Casablanca on “The Great Movie Ride.” Sing to your favorite tunes at “American Idol,” coming soon to the park! And, sing along with the cast of High School Musical in their live daily performances.
As you move to the back of the park, you will feel as if you are on a live movie set. The Backlot area of the park is a working area with real live sets, so you never know who you may see back there. You can even take a Backlot Tour, where you can explore movie sets and how special effects for movies are created. Watch special effects come to life in “Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular” and “Lights, Motor Action! Extreme Stunt Show.” Ride along with your favorite Star Wars characters in “Star Tours,” become a Jedi at the Jedi Training Academy, learn about sound in television and movies with “Sounds Dangerous” with Drew Carey, and meet the Muppets at “Jim Henson’s Muppet Vision 3D.”
 Explore Mickey Avenue, where you can dive into the world of “Toy Story Mania,” the park’s newest attraction! Travel to the land of Narnia at “Journey to Narnia.” Then, move on to the Animation Courtyard where you can dive into the sea with the “Voyage of the Little Mermaid” and play with some of your child’s favorite Playhouse Disney characters. In the Animation Courtyard, you can learn all about the magic behind Disney animation and how your favorite characters come to life!
And, last but not least, head to Sunset Boulevard that is the hot-spot of the park! There you can see “Beauty and the Beast LIVE on Stage,” ride to your favorite songs of Aerosmith on the “Rock n’ Roller Coaster,” and be sent into the Twilight Zone on “The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.” Make sure you stay around until dark at this park, because it only gets better at night with Fantasmic! During Fantasmic! , you will see Mickey’s dreams and see him battle his worst nightmares, in this night-time spectacular. You will not want to miss it!
