Already famous in other parts of the country, this jam packed show features several acts, country music, beautiful animals, wonderful performers, and, of course, a full course meal. Get ready for some Yee-hawing' when you visit Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede. This patriotic display of Southern America is sure to win your heart.
Southern belles and gentleman greet guests at the door, but they aren't ushered into the arena just yet. First, if guests arrive early enough, they can take a walk through on-site, open air stables. You don't have to be a horse lover to enjoy viewing these animals. Palomino, Quarter Horse, Paint, and Appaloosa breeds are just a few of the different pure bred beauties that live on-site at the Stampede.
Approximately 50 minutes before the show, guests can enjoy a pre-show, The Carraige Room Opening Act. There is no telling what type of entertainment guests will experience here. Past shows have included entertainers from around the world displaying their unique talents in the form of everything from juggling to live music. Guests can purchase peanuts, popcorn, and various drinks in a souvenir boot mug while they watch. |

Finally, visitors to Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede are ushered into the 35,000 square feet arena for the main show. The interactive show divides guests into North and South right away so that they can cheer on their homeland throughout the show. The show's performers, along with 32 beautiful horses, represent the two rival teams. The show brings to life the old feud between the North and South in a contest to end the everlasting rivalry. The competition is all in good fun, and viewers will join right it on the good times as they root and laugh with their team.
