ROOKIE EXPERIENCE

The Richard Petty Driving Experience puts race fans into the seat of a stock car, and let's them experience the thrill of a lifetime.

The Rookie Experience is exactly what you might imagine... your entry into the high speed world of stock car racing. After a training session on safety and technique, participants are given graducation packets and a timesheet. From there, it's off to the track! Slide into your Nascar style 600 horsepower 358 cubic inch V8 racecar, and get ready for the fastest 8 laps of your life!

  • This ticket is valid for the Off-Peak Season, which is April, May, June, July, August, September and October.
  • Reservations are required for all driving experiences. After purchasing your tickets from DWTickets, call 1-800-BE-PETTY to make your reservations.
  • Program runs approximately three hours, but can last up to a half a day.
  • All drivers must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the "Rookie Experience".
  • Tickets expire 10/31/2010
