| Do I have to buy now, or can I walk in and purchase when I arrive? |

You are certainly free to walk into our Welcome Center when you arrive, and make your ticket purchase at that time.
However, we cannot guarantee pricing or availability. Due to the fact that we buy our tickets directly from the theme parks and attractions, if they rise their prices we must as well. Although we stock thousands of tickets, once in a while we are without a specific ticket, and it may take a day or two before we get more in stock.
To ensure we have each ticket you need, and to lock in at the current prices, we recommend pre-purchasing your ticket package.

| How do I check unused admissions on my old tickets? |

At this time, DWTickets does not have the ability to check for the number of unused days left on old tickets. This information is kept in the database at Disney World, and is not available off site. If you have old tickets and you think there might be unused days remaining, you will have to wait and scan your tickets at the parks. |

We purchase tickets in bulk from the many attractions whose tickets we offer, and they are the same tickets that you would purchase if you walked up to the attraction gate and bought them yourselves. These are the same tickets we turn around and offer our customers. We do not deal with vouchers or with coupons. |
| Is DWTickets affiliated with timeshare opportunities? |

No, DWTickets is in no way associated with timeshares. Are only mission is to sell our customers tickets to central Florida attractions at discount prices. There are no further obligations after you purchase tickets from us. |
